Suggested Use: Start slow with 1/8-1/4 (10mg-20mg) of the bar. Take with or after food for best absorption. Edibles can take about 60-120 minutes or sometimes up to 4 hours to kick in, so take it slow and wait at least 2 hours before considering taking more. Do not consume more than 1/4 bar in one sitting.
