Musikfest 2024 Stoner Guide
Musikfest is an American music festival that has been held annually since 1984 in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania in the Lehigh Valley region of eastern Pennsylvania. It is the nation’s largest non-gated, free-admission festival with more than 500 performances on 17 stages over 10 days every month of August.
The festival is spread throughout the city of Bethlehem, covering the Historic Moravian District on the north side and the SouthSide Arts District . The Wind Creek Steele Stage by the Steelstacks is where all the main shows will take place.
The nonprofit organization ArtsQuest founded Musikfest in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania in 1984 to revitalize the city’s Main Street area and provide access to the arts. The festival’s name is spelled “musik” and refers to its stages as “platzes” to show respect to its German roots, where the idea was originally founded. All proceeds from Musikfest support ArtsQuest’s community arts center and gallery, the Banana Factory, as well as other nonprofit groups in the region.

Every year the festival releases a new design on a drinking mug that festival goers can fill up with beer from surrounding venues and consume publicly.
